In this full-day camp for incoming 6th-9th graders., we took our tongues on a tour of NYC, exploring one new taste each day: salty, sweet, sour, bitter and umami. We trained our palates, tried new foods, met celebrities, visited the Chocolate Museum and got our picture taken with Jacques Torres!
