A traditional combination of mulling spices for hot spiced cider or warm mulled wine. Cassia cinnamon sticks, green cardamom, allspice berries, whole cloves and anise for a classic warm drink. Locally made by us in small batches.
There’s nothing like a warm cup of spiced cider on a cold day! This blend of spices is a classic combination for a traditional approach. Toss these spices into your pot of cider, warm to piping hot, then let steep for about 45 minutes. Add lemon slices, orange slices or fresh ginger to the pot if desired for another dimension. Strain, serve and enjoy a classic, tasty hot drink.
Ingredients: cassia bark, allspice berries, star anise, whole cloves, green cardamom pods.
