Recipe - Homemade Applesauce
We think the best sweet treat at lunchtime is a piece of fresh fruit! When we eat fruit, we know the only sugar it comes with was put there for us by Mother Nature. We can count on Mother Nature to know what's good for us!
When we want something a little extra special, applesauce is a nice treat. It's very easy to make! Just apples, a splash of water, and maybe some cinnamon. No extra sugar, nothing artificial. Homemade applesauce has only what Mother Nature put in there, to help our brains and bodies feel good and work well all afternoon.
