Herby-Tomato Salad
Lynley Jones
Hey, friend! We are counting down 101 ways you can use our Sumac and Sage Seasoning Blend in your cooking.
Idea #1: Make a Quick Herby-Tomato Salad
Here’s what you do:
Cut cherry tomatoes in halves or quarters lengthwise, then sprinkle liberally with Sumac and Sage Seasoning Blend. Toss with a handful of your favorite herbs and some sort of onion (I used chives here, but scallions and red onions would also work nicely).
When you’re ready to serve, add some crumbled goat cheese, and you’re ready to go!
More options:
Drizzle some good quality olive oil or aged Balsamic vinegar (or both!) over your salad
Sprinkle a mild chile like Aleppo pepper over the dish
Add crumbled bacon pieces
